Funding your care

   1. Choosing the right carers.

We want you to trust that you have put your care in the right hands. We take time looking through the applications and CV’s, and then meet them in a face to face interview, all with the aim of finding the right carers who share our enthusiasm for providing excellent in-home care.

   2. Checking the facts.

We takes the safety of our customers very seriously, along with completing a DBS check on all our carers we use the information they provide to us to check their previous work history and background, this process helps us to gain an understanding of our carers work ethic and quality, providing you with the peace of mind to remain safe in your home.

   3. Maintaining a high quality.

As part of our aim to deliver high quality care we provide all of our carers with an ongoing training plan to keep them up to date with today’s best practices. We support our cares through regular meetings and encouragement to continue to deliver a high standard in-home care service.
